In 2021, our client found and contacted us on Alibaba.
We analyzed our client's base profile and found out that they were thinking about expanding their dome campsite, but in a more preliminary stage, and at the same time the client had a concept for the campsite, which was LIVING OUTDOOR.
The client is only at the initial conceptualization stage for both camping and dome home, and has no idea what to expect.
The client bought an area in the local community but did not have a deep understanding of what kind of products should be chosen for the dome camp and how to run the campground.
As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, luxury camping, often referred to as "glamping" (short for glamorous camping), was indeed a growing trend in the travel and hospitality industry. Glamping offered a more comfortable and upscale camping experience compared to traditional camping. Glamping accommodations included various options such as safari tents, yurts, treehouses, cabins, and, as you mentioned, dome homes.
Dome homes, in particular, gained popularity for their unique and futuristic design. These geodesic dome structures provided a luxurious and eco-friendly camping experience. They offered a comfortable and insulated environment with amenities like comfortable beds, heating and cooling systems, private bathrooms, and even some high-end features like hot tubs or private decks with scenic views.
The appeal of glamping dome homes lay in their ability to combine the adventure and connection with nature that camping provides with the comfort and convenience of a luxury hotel room.
This trend was fueled by the desire of many travelers to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of modern life while still enjoying modern comforts.
With our previous successful programs in other parts of the US, we recommended geodome tent to our client, and with the growing interest and demand for these luxury glamping experiences, it was a good choice.

Challenge
1.The client chose our glamping dome is a wise choice, because this product is very suitable for the local environment, but the surrounding infrastructure is not yet complete, only the pure natural environment.
2. The occupancy rate was not very high in the early stage, so we subsequently improved the recreation area, added the Hottubs, and added many outdoor activities, such as rowing, cycling, raising small animals, etc.
